Gusto di Vita - Cabinetry Options

Gusto di Vita can be purchased with any of the following cabinet/equipment options:

Fully Equipped: Our standard Gusto di Vita Kiosk comes with a full set of

cabinets and equipment, specifically configured for a

gourmet coffee operation - as described below. This option is

available only to those who agree to use the Gusto di Vita

tradename and products

Cabinets Only: If you have some other use in mind for your kiosk, though,

or if you want to provide your own equipment, you can

order it with only the cabinets described below.

An Empty Shell: Also, if our standard cabinet layout does not suit your needs,

you may order a kiosk without any cabinetry and install your

own.

Our standard Gusto di Vita kiosk cabinets are custom made to our design specifications. The bases and some stiles are made of cellular PVC (Azek) to resist swelling. All cabinet hardware is of commercial quality. Overhead shelves are of commercial-grade plastic-coated wire.

We use attractive, solid-surface countertops (Corian or equivalent) throughout our kiosks. The four built-in sinks are also of Corian and integral to the countertops.

All plumbing and electrical fixtures are of high quality.

All the equipment, utensils, containers and dispensers you will need to run a drive-thru coffee business are included in our standard kiosk.

All of the equipment included in the Gusto di Vita kiosk is top-quality commercial equipment which we have chosen for high performance and low maintenance. This standard equipment package includes a 3-grouphead electronic espresso machine, a hard-plumbed airpot brewer with 5 stainless-steel airpots with commercial-grade plastic stands and condiment trays, a coffee grinder, one under-counter stainless steel refrigerators, commercial blenders, a microwave oven and a food-service cash register preprogrammed with the Gusto di Vita menu items. Our kiosks also include a cleverly-hidden cash safe.

All of the utensils, containers and dispensers included have been selected based on our experience for durability, ease of use, accuracy and cleanliness.

Menu Boards, signage, a neon 'open' sign, canvas awnings and attractive, commercial-quality light fixtures are included in each Gusto di Vita kiosk. Our standard kiosk also comes equipped with a special water-filtration system designed specifically for espresso machines. Our kiosks are also wired for security cameras and exterior sound system (installation of these systems is optional at additional cost).
