ALTERNATE TRIM PACKAGES...

Our kiosks are constructed of the highest-quality, commercial/industrial grade materials and were designed for minimal maintenance.  The attractive detailing and trim, including the light fixtures, awnings and flower boxes is designed to evoke an "old-world" Italian styling.

The design is based on our experience in operating several drive-thru coffee kiosks over more than five years.  Our goal was to design an ideal drive-thru kiosk in terms of maximum efficiency, durability and employee comfort.  We think our Virginia state-approved design achieves those goals admirably.

We began with a steel and wood frame, which we feel gives us a well insulated, relatively light weight but structurally sound building.  We covered this with industrial-grade panels coated with a porcelain stucco-embossed finish which carries a 25-year guarantee against crazing, cracking, peeling and fading.  These panels are also non-rusting and resist scratching, scuffing and graffiti.

The windows are commercial-grade store-front type windows with tinted, double-pane glazing and bronzed aluminum sashes.

The roofing is a heavy-duty commercial rubber membrane.

The exterior is trimmed in cellular PVC board and high-density Polyurethane.  Both of these materials are rot-proof, mildew-resistant, non-warping or splitting and hold paint better than traditional wood trim.

We continue this level of quality on the interior as well, sheathing the interior wall surfaces in tough, washable, mildew-proof Fiberglass-reinforced plastic over a corrugated plastic core which meets all applicable health standards.

The floor is troweled-epoxy with decorative and slip-resistant quartz, such as one might see in hospitals or laboratories.  The floor surface is integral with the baseboards to form a water-tight "pan."

Heating and air-conditioning is provided by an efficient, roof-mounted 24,000-BTU "mini-split" type heat pump.

The building is transportable and can be placed on your site with a heavy-duty forklift, available at most equipment rental yards.  It can be transported in a nearly-finished condition, with only minor assembly required after placement.

Of course upon purchase, you will own your kiosk outright and be responsible for all maintenance, insurance, etc.
