We will thoroughly
train anyone who purchases a fully-equipped
Gusto di
Vita kiosk from us and decides to operate under our
trade name with our
product line.
The training will
include at least one week of mandatory training in which we will
make you an expert "Barista" - teaching you how to make all of the beverages on our menu.
We will also train you to perform
basic maintenance on your equipment, how to manage
employees, file the appropriate taxes & everything you'll need
to know to operate your
Gusto di
Vita business
successfully. (Either you can come to our location for
this training or pay our expenses to come and train you on-site
at your location.)
We will also
provide (at your option and expense) at least one representative to be on-hand to help you with
your grand opening. We will also provide a complete
operations and reference
manual for you to refer to in the future.
After you have
opened or taken over your location, we will continue to provide
on-going support by telephone or e-mail to answer any questions you may
have.
Ultimately, it's your
business, though. Since we are not a franchise, you decide how you want to run it and
the decisions you make will determine your success. We
know that the competitive market will be a stronger guide than
any set of regulations we could draw up.
Both the initial
training and on-going support are included in the price of a
fully-equipped
Gusto di
Vita
kiosk (excluding the travel costs and grand-opening assistance
mentioned above). However, these programs
are not
available to those who do not operate under our tradename, using
our product line.
